RESIN CLASSES - Cancellation & Refund Policy:

We take no responsibility for the outcome of your final artwork. We do not offer refunds or credit if you are unhappy with your final artwork. I know you are going to absolutely love what you created!

If you are unable to attend your class:

• If you are unable to attend your class, your booking is transferrable to another person, if you cannot attend. We are not responsible for the payment exchange between you and the other party who will take your place.

• NOTE: Please email me ([email protected]) with the name of the person who will be taking your place.

If you need to cancel your class:

• A cancellation refund is only available with more than (10) ten days’ notice prior to the start date of the class, via email or phone.

NOTE: If you need to cancel your class less than (10) ten days prior to the start date of the class, refunds will not be made. You will forfeit your entire class fee.

• Refunds will be processed via the same format of payment and same credit or debit card you used. No Exceptions. Please do not request a cash refund if you used your credit or debit card. Refunds will be processed the same day as requested. Please allow ample time for refunds to be processed between banks.

ARTWORK & CUSTOM ORDERS - Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Payment is due at the time of purchase, including sales tax (if applicable) and shipping costs. I accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express.

California residents: Sales Tax will be collected by city/county sales tax rate of your residency.

Multiple Item Purchases:

Please contact me ([email protected]) prior to check-out, as I will combine items for shipping whenever possible, to reduce your shipping costs.

Custom Artwork Orders:

A deposit of 75% down is required.

Work will begin on your artwork once payment has cleared. The balance is due and payable upon completion of your artwork. I will contact you with the final balance including shipping.  Shipment will not be made until your payment has cleared.

If you cancel your custom order once work has begun, no refund will be made of your deposit.

Please contact me for turn-around times and shipping rates.

Domestic Orders (Lower 48 USA):

I use USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail with tracking. For large orders (wall art), I will use UPS to crate and ship large artwork pieces. I will contact you with the total crating and shipping price prior to mailing. You will be charged for the crating and shipping fees.

Insurance (Domestic & AK, HI & PR only):

Insurance will be included on any order over $100.00. If you would like to purchase insurance for your purchase under $100, please contact me prior to shipping. If you decline to purchase insurance, I cannot be held responsible for your purchase which may become damaged, lost, undeliverable or stolen.

AK/HI/PR & International Orders:

Please contact me ([email protected]) prior to check-out for shipping charges to your area.

Artwork Refunds or Exchanges:  No refunds or exchanges. No exceptions.
